THE HOKEY POKEY (2nd meanest post ever)

The only reason to tune into the season premiere of Dancing With The Stars is for the sole purpose of turning down the volume, hissing, booing and uttering less than kind things while Heather Mills cha cha'd to "At the Hop."

However, ABC was clever (an oxymoron if ever there was one). Of course most people are going to tune in to watch the one-legged woman who soaked the "cute Beatle" for millions compete in a ballroom competition. So they scheduled her to go on second to last - which means enduring the dance numbers of John Ratzenberger, Leeza Gibbons, Laila Ali, Joey Fatone, Billy Ray Cyrus, Miss Universe 2004, Paulina Porizkova, Ian Zerling and Clyde Drexler.

But here's the rub... I actually enjoyed the show. In fact, I'm already putting my money on Joey Fatone to be the big winner and pulling for Paulina P. to improve her way into the finals. And who doesn't love Clyde "The Glyde" Drexler?

Then the magical time came and Heather's dance partner worries: "Her leg is so unpredictable, we never know how it's gonna handle her weight." They dance a fox trot reasonably well and Heather says, "I'm just glad I didn't fall over." (Speak for yourself, Heather.) They score an 18 out of 30 (edging Leeza Gibbons out who only got a 15 with two real legs).

Let the voting begin. 1-800-I-BURIED-PAUL.

I'm sooooo glad you gave Joey some credit.

So MAYBE I "used" to be an *NSYNC fan...haha. When my friend and I learned that Joey would be on we KNEW we had to watch. And he made us proud. Especially when you pick a beegee's song!!

I feel so lame. I have not watched this program. I do know who Heather "Bleeding The Walrus Dry" Mills is, though.

Yeah, I don't watch this show because I don't have cable, but I'm waiting patiently for the youtube clips of her leg flying off. They're coming, oh yes, they're coming.
