OK... well it's been quite a few weeks. The month of lay-off announcements at work are finally over (for now) and yours truly made the cut. I see it more like a reprieve from the governor - because this could be an annual thing (they had lay-offs last year as well). The stress of waiting to see if gainful employment was still a fact of life and then seeing friends pack up their offices was too much to bear. I finally caught that damn cold that's been making the rounds. I guess staying up too late watching movies also added to the mix when I knew I had to get up and go to work the next day for the soul reason of waiting to see if I still had a job.
Ugh.
2010, you've been kind of rough year already. Anyone else feel this way?

It's the year of the tiger and this means a struggle for most of us the coming twelve months. Ouch, not nice, but at least you still got your job. I'm not too sure about mine!
