CLOVERFIELD - first movie post 08

The first time I saw this title I thought, "CG lives on that street." And apparently JJ Abrams (king of the ARG marketing device) resided there too. Is that the significance of the title? Who knows? (I'm guessing the same person who knows why there is a polar bear on a tropical island) The editing was amazing (Oscar worthy) and the CGI was flawless with respect to the fact everything was from the perspective of a hand-held camera.

This movie was a great thrill ride (but not for those who suffer motion sickness, luckily I am not one of you) If you like Lost and Blair Witch and monster movies in general...SEE IT.

I had mixed emotions about this Movie, entertaining, but the end pissed me off a little.

i was like a drunk sailor at the blair witch project. i don't want to stumble out of a movie theatre unless it's because it's Hitch and i had to bring a hip flask of Early Times.

I saw it and thought that it was pretty cool. I did have a headache after, though.
